Currently, there are MANY companies in the area that offer PC support. Geeks-on-call & Geeksquad are a few of the names you may have heard of.   Some are people consulting on the side, some are small businesses (like this), and others are the major chain companies - your CompUSA, BestBuy, etc.

Geeksquad has the most advertising, as they are now a tightly woven partner with Best Buy. Their pricing is found HERE.
Geeksquad's prices are higher, because their investments are substantial; they have to pay for those new Beetles, their floor space in each Best Buy location, TV advertising and so on.

OTECHCOMPUTING doesn't offer phone only support.  Existing customers get phone support as an added benefit.  Returning customers are eligible for two hours of free phone support* if there are questions after the technician leaves.
